Returns

With our 30 day worry free guarantee, you may order and try out any Lizard Tail product and return it, no questions asked, within 30 days of delivery. Our guarantee also covers any product that breaks or frays - we will replace that item, no questions asked! 

Exchanges

You may exchange any product within 40 days of delivery. Exchanges may not be processed after 40 days. Our support team will provide a prepaid return label to be printed and attached to the return package. If you return the item(s) in the original packaging, do cover up any old labels.

Refunds

You may return any product for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Outside of 30 days, you may not return any product for a refund, but you may still be eligible for an exchange. Our support team will provide you with a prepaid return label to be printed and attached to the return package. If you return the item(s) in the original packaging, do cover up any old labels. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

*If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item(s) for a refund or exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you once we have processed your return.
